Register allergies/dietary requirements

Every school year, you as a guardian must submit information about any allergies or dietary requirements that your child has. This is done using the e-service called "Child and student information". If there is more than one guardian, both must digitally sign the form.

The first guardian fills out the form and signs it. Then, a message will be sent to the other guardian via My Messages. The other guardian must then sign the form within 4 weeks by clicking on the link called "Sign the ‘Child and student information’ form".
